SUMMARY
Joel Smolen and Dennis and Sandra McLaughlin appeal summary judgment dis missing their action against Deloitte Has-kins & Sells (“DH & S”) for federal securities law violations, accounting malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty/constructive fraud, and negligent misrepresentation. We affirm.
FACTS
