MEMORANDUM

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

Plaintiff has filed this employment discrimination action alleging that he was terminated from his position as a copier sales representative on the basis of age. He contends that his discharge was in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), § 213.010 R.S.Mo. This matter is before the Court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment (# 33), filed August 12, 1994. Responsive pleadings have been filed.
