Plaintiff Michael Kodengada (“Kodenga-da”), who is Indian and a member of the Hindu religion, brings this action against his former employer, defendant International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”), alleging discrimination based on national origin, race and religion and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2, et seq., and New York State Executive Law § 290, et seq.
