Appeal from Wayne; Goff (John H.), J. Bill by Benjamin E. Beck against Harry B. Keidan and others, judges of the recorder’s court of Detroit, and Charles W. Casgrain, clerk of said court, to enjoin plaintiff’s removal as deputy clerk. From a decree dismissing the bill, plaintiff appeals.
