This is an appeal by plaintiffs, in two comparative negligence actions, from orders of the trial court granting directed verdicts in favor of the defendant, Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas (Franklin County), and that portion of the jury’s verdict which contributed 10% of the fault for the vehicle collision to the plaintiff, Corrinne M.
