I respectfully dissent.
The majority concludes that “Arizona Robbery (and thus armed robbery) is a categorical match to generic robbery.” Maj. Op. at 1070.1 disagree.
Under the law of our circuit, generic robbery requires that deprivation of property take place “under circumstances involving immediate danger to the person.” United States v.
