This appeal involves an attempt by the Remington Rand Corporation, now known as the Kilbarr Corporation, to enforce a judgment for damages against Business Systems, Inc., B.V. (BSI B.V.), a bankrupt Dutch corporation. In Remington Rand Corp.-Delaware v. Business Systems Inc., 830 F.2d 1260 (3d Cir.1987), we instructed Remington to seek recognition of the judgment from a Dutch court.
