This intermediate executors’ account reports on hand assets concededly insufficient to pay in full the legacies given by the will. Decision must .be made whether any and, if any, which legacies are entitled to preference; and whether various objections to the account are valid. These objections put in issue the conduct of the executors in relation to the securities received by them and seek to charge them with the loss due to non-liquidation of such securities.
