for the Court.

The pro se defendant, Milton D. Pelosi, appeals from two orders of the Family Court.1 The first order from which the defendant appeals is an order denying his motion to vacate the entry of the interlocutory judgment and the final judgment of divorce. The second order from which the defendant appeals is an order which granted the motion to dismiss his appeal, which motion was brought by the plaintiff, Kathleen Pelosi.
