OPINION
Chief Justice WILLIAMS, for the Court.
The defendant, Ruth Sentas (defendant), appeals pro se from a Superior Court order granting a motion to dismiss an appeal that was filed by the plaintiff, Nicholas C. Sentas (plaintiff). This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on November 1, 2006, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
