MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

RICHARD L. SPEER, Chief Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after a Trial upon the Plaintiffs Complaint to Determine the Dischargeability of certain debts owed by her former husband, the Defendant David E. Romer. At the Trial, the parties were afforded the opportunity to present evidence and make arguments in support of their respective positions. The Court has now had the opportunity to review the arguments of Counsel, the exhibits, as well as the entire record of this case.
