Factual Background
Plaintiff, Diane Mannix, and Debtor, Robert Mannix, were formerly husband and wife. The marriage produced two children which were 16 and 13 years old at the time of this trial. During the marriage, Debtor was involved in a property management and rental company, Northeast Real Estate Associates (“NERA”), that began to adversely affect the household’s finances.
