Aris Mardirossian and his development company, 12000 River Road Property, LLC., (collectively, Mardirossian) filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against Wayne Goldstein. In the discovery phase of that lawsuit, Mardirossian issued subpoenas duces tecum to Royce Hansen, Allison Bryant, John Robinson, Wendy Purdue, and Meredith Wellington (“the Commissioners”) requiring each of them to attend a deposition and produce certain documents.
