Ruth Knoper sued William Sneed Burton for certain personal injuries and loss of wages incurred as a result of being struck by de fendant’s automobile. A jury returned a verdict of no cause of action and judgment was entered upon the verdict. Plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff was crossing 36th Street in Wyoming, Michigan, at about 8:15 p.m. on December 22, 1961. She was accompanied by 2 coemployees of the Fisher Body plant; all 3 were returning to the plant after a break in the work.
