Both plaintiff and defendant appeal from a judgment dismissing the complaint and the counterclaim after trial in an action for damages arising from the failure to complete a contract for the purchase and sale of about fifteen acres of real property located at Tottenville, on Staten Island, in the Borough of Richmond, containing twenty-six buildings.
