Rose A. Thurston (“Defendant”) was charged with the class B misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated, in violation of Section 577.010, 1 and with the class A misdemeanor of careless and imprudent driving, in violation of Section 304.012. Defendant was found guilty of both offenses, and was fined $500 on the driving while intoxicated charge, and $105.50 plus costs on the careless and imprudent driving charge.
