Mark D. Pfeiffer, Chief Judge. Mr. Leslie M. Baker (“Baker”) appeals his conviction of the class B felony of driving while intoxicated (“DWI”), chronic offender, following a bench trial on stipulated evidence in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri (“trial court”). Baker was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment. Baker challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction. We affirm.
