This case concerns the civil liability of a high school softball coach who engaged in an unlawful sexual relationship with a sixteen-year-old player on his team, the school district that employed the coach and was unaware of the relationship, and a private school that had previously forced the coach to resign due to allegations of sexual harassment but never reported those allegations to outside authorities.
