This was a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in which it is alleged that the appellant is unlawfully restrained of his liberty and is imprisoned by Noah Frauhiger duly elected and qualified and acting sheriff of Wells county, at the Wells county jail, in the city of Bluff ton, Indiana.
