Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Uri Gedalia (“Gedalia”) and Kira Lewis’s (“Lewis”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) Motion to Certify (Doc. 17) and Defendants Whole Foods Market Services, Inc., et al.’s (“Whole Foods”) Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 18).
