This case involves the written rejection exception to articles 5.06-1 and 5.06-3 of the Texas Insurance Code—the statutory provisions governing uninsured motorist, underin-sured motorist, and personal injury protection coverage. Carlotta Ortiz and Mario Zepeda appeal the trial court’s grant of a summary judgment in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company on its declaratory judgment action and the denial of their own motion for summary judgment.
