McFail v. Braden

Plaintiffs, alleging themselves to be the next of kin and heirs-at-law of Ida Chandler, deceased, brought this action in the superior court of Cook County to set aside two deeds pertaining to an improved parcel of Chicago real estate, and for related relief including an accounting for rents and profits.
