Following the dissolution of the marriage of petitioner-appellant, William W. Pond (“husband”), and.respondent-appellee, Brenda A. Pond (“wife”), the husband appealed, raising issues concerning construction of the agreement between the spouses, spousal maintenance, and child support. The Court of Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part. In re Marriage of Pond, 676 N.E.2d 401 (Ind.Ct.App.1997).
