Lenin Saldado Lopez pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery without a recommended sentence. Following a presen-tence investigation, the trial court sentenced Lopez to 30 years’ confinement. Lopez filed a motion for new trial, arguing that his trial attorney provided ineffective assistance of counsel. The motion was denied.
