LEISURE, District Judge:
This is a pro se petition, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, seeking to set aside petitioner’s sentence, entered upon a plea of guilty. Petitioner is Ciprian Ortega (“Ortega”). Respondent is the United States of America (the “Government”). This Court sentenced Ortega to 37 months imprisonment for conspiracy to commit robbery.
