Under an indictment charging him with the theft of eight head of cattle, the appellant Robert Graham was convicted in the circuit court of Adams County, Mississippi, on the charge of grand larceny and sentenced to serve a term of five years in the state penitentiary. The proof disclosed that fifteen head of cattle belonging to Messrs.
