This is a suit for divorce, custody of three minor children, the use of a homestead, and partition of community property, instituted by appellee. It was alleged that the parties were married in Tennessee in August, 1895, and had lived together as man and wife until about the time the suit was instituted, and that appellee had borne him three children, of the ages, respectively, of 15, 13, and 2 years. The grounds for divorce are stated as follows: “That in all of their married life, this plaintiff has conducted herself as a dutiful wife, but the defendant, ignoring his duty to plaintiff, has…
