ROSS, Circuit Judge.
Theodis Millbrook applied for disability insurance benefits in July of 1982, claiming that he was disabled due to heart trouble commencing April 20, 1976. 1 Millbrook’s application was denied administratively and he requested a de novo hearing before an administrative law judge (AU). On January 13, 1983, a full hearing was held, at which Millbrook and his attorney appeared. The AU determined that although Mill-brook had a disability that kept him from returning to his former work, he was still capable of performing at least sedentary work.
