This case has been before this court and the Supreme Court on former appeals by the present appellant, and is reported in 34 Ill. App. 199, and 133 Ill. 177. The case has been again tried in the Circuit Court, resulting in a somewhat increased verdict for appellee in the sum of §3,000.
