This contract case comes before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss the stockholders and employees of plaintiff Robo Wash, Inc., as parties in this action. Dismissal is sought pursuant to Court of Claims Rule 61(a), which requires that all claims be prosecuted by the real party in interest.…
