OPINION OF THE COURT
MORGAN, C.H., II, Judge:
A military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial convicted appellant, following mixed pleas, of unlawful use of cocaine, a three-day unauthorized absence, and using his government American Express Card for personal purposes. Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 7 months, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, airman basic.
