J. Introduction.
This employment discrimination case comes before the court on the defendant’s motion (Doc. # 22) for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.Pro. 56(e). In her complaint, the plaintiff asserts that the defendant discriminated against her based on her disability (asthma) when it terminated her in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (KAAD).
