Before the Court is Defendant U.S. Soccer Federation’s Petition to Confirm an Arbitral Award; Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment; Defendants’ Motion to Exclude the Expert Opinion of Rodney Fort; and Defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs Antitrust, RICO, and State Law Claims.
