In an action to contest- a nuncupative will the judgment was in favor of the will, the probate of which was sustained.

The assignments of error presented are that the alleged nuncupative will does not meet the requirements of the Ohio statutes, and is not testamentary in character; error in admission in evidence of the certificate; the overruling of motions for directed verdicts; the giving and refusing to give special charges; and the admission and exclusion of evidence.
