This cause originated in the court of common pleas of Hamilton county as a submission of an agreed case, under the statute, to obtain the determination of the court as to the ownership of certain real estate of which one Margaret Gibson Anderson died seized. On October 7, 1923, Mrs. Anderson, being then a resident of California, made a will in the following language: “I, Margaret Gibson Anderson, bequeath all my wordly goods to my dear husband, Edward Anderson.” This will, remarkable for its brevity, was written by the testatrix without the aid of legal counsel.
