Dorsey J. Powell, individually and doing business as Mobile-Bayou La Batre Bus Lines, brings each of these two appeals from a judgment rendered on a jury verdict against him in each of two separate cases which were tried together and submitted here on one record. One of the suits was brought by appellee Judy Ann Spitzer Goforth to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained by her while a passenger on one of appellant’s buses.
