Clemmie J. Neal appeals the circuit court's dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petition claimed that he was denied due process of law when he was reclassified as a "heinous offender" by the Department of Corrections and removed from work release. The trial court denied the habeas corpus petition.
