The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court. Plaintiff filed an action for rent and issued an attachment, which was dissolved by the court on the 4th day of September, 1936. Plaintiff filed a motion to vacate the order dissolving the attachment, which was heard by the trial court and overruled on October 5, 1936. The appeal is from the order refusing to vacate the order dissolving the attachment, and is by transcript.
