June 17, 1930, relator presented his petition in this court alleging that he is a minor, fourteen years of age, charged with the crime of burglary in the Circuit Court of Howard County, and that the respondent, A. W. Walker, Judge of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which includes that county, had entered an order to the effect that the relator was not a proper person to be dealt with under the Juvenile Law and granting the State leave to prosecute him under the general law.
