I. Background
We held a court trial on the above-captioned matter from October 5, 2010 through October 7, 2010. We received evidence, heard testimony, observed the manner and demeanor of the witnesses, and considered the declarations and deposition testimony of various persons. On November 18, 2010, we heard closing arguments from the Parties.
