WINSLOW, J. (Pro Tempore)

This is a divorce case. Both husband and wife seek a severance of the marital ties which they so solemnly declared were binding “until death do us part” only such a short time ago. A son has been born, now ten years of age. Both seek his custody. The marriage vows were exchanged at Vancouver, Washington. We intend no reflection upon our sister state to the north, but if one may judge from the cases which come to this court, where the parties see fit, for one cause or another, to leave local surroundings and friends and journey north to Vancouver to have ihis solemn…
