WHICHARD, Judge.
I
The issue is whether funds from a joint savings account to which a husband and wife contributed equally, which were then used by the husband for support of the family, must upon divorce be deducted entirely from the husband’s share of the account. We answer in the negative.

The court made the following findings of fact, to which plaintiff does not except:
