OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
EDMUNDS, District Judge.
Larry Todd, currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution in Milan, Michigan filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner seeks relief from the Bureau of Prisons’ (BOP) determination that he is not eligible for a sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. § 3621(e)(2)(B) for his successful completion of a drug treatment program because of a two point sentence enhancement he received for possession of a firearm in connection with his drug conviction.
