The petitioner claims to be entitled to use certain building material and equipment brought by the bankrupt upon the grounds of the Evander Childs High School, in the borough of the Bronx, in the city of New York, for the completion of the high school under a certain contract for the construction of the building entered into between the petitioner and the bankrupt, dated October 13, 1914.
