MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
A hearing on the Objection to Claim filed by the debtor, Michael Stephen Smith (“Smith”), to Proof of Claim Number 8 filed in the above-captioned case by George R. Leach (“Leach”) was conducted on November 14, 2008 (“Claim Objection”). At that time, the Claim Objection was taken under advisement. This Court has jurisdiction over these proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2) and 1334(b). Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1409(a).
