Damon Thomas appeals from his convictions following jury trial for assault in the first degree, section 565.050, RSMo 1994, and armed criminal action, section 571.015, RSMo 1994, and consecutive terms of life imprisonment on the first degree assault conviction and fifty years imprisonment on the armed criminal action conviction. Mr. Thomas raises three points of trial court error.
