David Williams, the subject of a reverse sting operation by United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents in Las Cruces, New Mexico, was convicted of Attempt to Possess With Intent to Distribute More than 100 Kilograms of Marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(B), and Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute More than 100 Kilograms of Marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(B), 21 U.S.C. § 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. He was sentenced to 235 months imprisonment on each count, to run concurrently, and eight years supervised release.…
