This is an action in prohibition. In the underlying action below, plaintiff, Bruce Morris (Morris), filed a petition pursuant to our Administrative Procedure and Review Act (Act), Chapter 536, in the court of the respondent judge, seeking a review of the denial of parole by the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole (Board). Morris joined the Chairman of the Board (Chairman) and the Director of the Missouri Department of Corrections (Director) as defendants.
