SIMON, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff/Appellant, James Steenrod (Steenrod), appeals from a judgment entered on the jury’s verdict in favor of Defendant/Respondent, Klipsch Hauling Company, Inc. (Klipsch), on his action to recover for injuries sustained while unloading Klipseh’s tank trailer. The claims against the other defendants were either dismissed or settled. The jury assessed 100% of the fault to Steenrod for the injuries sustained.
