This is an appeal by defendants from a decision of the Workmen’s Compen*690sation Board awarding plaintiff the payment of medical and hospital expenses incurred by plaintiff (claimant) more than six months after the date of his injury. The facts are admitted and are as follows:

On or about July 8, 1958, at about 12:30 p.m., claimant sustained an injury while working at the Villanova residence of one Mrs. H. Morris.
